Strategy development vis-à-vis Business Development Services for a major MFI in North Africa. Activities included: qualitative research on micro entrepreneur needs; benchmarking and best practice scenarios; interviews and workshops with senior managers; and drafting of a 3-year strategy together with an action plan for implementation.
